Established in 1979 as the installation division for furniture, Circadia expanded its services to include general contracting and renovation. Today, we proudly operate across 23 states in the Midwest and Southeast. Coordination & Communication

Our team will manage, supervise, and coordinate every aspect of your construction project, keeping you fully informed with timely updates and responsive communication. We pay close attention to planning and scheduling, minimizing disruption to building operations. Material movement and construction activities will be carefully planned to ensure smooth operations, with designated access routes and consultation with building management as needed. Regular coordination meetings ensure all team members and stakeholders are aligned on project goals, schedules, and critical tasks.

 

As a facilities manager, I have several projects going at all times. I rely on quality consultants with a strong work ethic to complete projects on time, with-in budget and with little to no disruption to our staff, I was very satisfied with the work Circadia did on this project and would highly recommend them for any flooring project.
